On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated June 1, 2018 No. 20/253 "On Approval of the Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the villages of Tenge, Kyzylsai, Rakhat and Kenderli"
Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated June 1, 2018 No. 20/253 "On Approval of the Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the villages of Tenge, Kyzylsai, Rakhat and Kenderli" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 3665):
Paragraph 1 should be worded as follows:
"1. To approve the attached regulations of the meeting of the local community of the villages of Tenge, Kyzylsai, Rahat and Kenderli."
The title in the annex to the decision should read as follows:
"Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the villages of Tenge, Kyzylsai, Rahat and Kenderli";
Paragraph 1 in the annex to the decision should be redrafted:
"1. These Regulations of the meeting of the local community of the villages of Tenge, Kyzylsai, Rakhat and Kenderli (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self–Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Law) and the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 7, 2017 No. 295 "On approval of the Model Regulations of the local Community Meeting" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 15630)."
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
