On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the conclusion of the Zhanaozen City Land Commission dated November 27, 2024 (Protocol No. 03-06/51), orders of the state institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning" dated 10.01.2025, No. KZ38VBG01527493, No. KZ68VBG01527438, No. KZ63VBG01527431, No. KZ39VBG01527378, No. KZ75VBG01527506 and at the request of the QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ joint stock company, the akim of the village of Kyzylsai DECIDED:
1. To establish a public easement to «QAZAQGAZ» AIMAQ Joint Stock Company (BIN:020440001144) for a period of 10 (ten) years without withdrawal from land users of a land plot with a total area of 1.9469 hectares for the placement and operation of high, medium and low pressure gas pipelines in the village of Kyzylsai in accordance with the annex to this decision.
2. The state Institution "Office of the Akim of the village of Kyzylsai" (chief specialist Andreeva Zh.), in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure: the official publication of this decision, posting on the Internet resources of the Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen.
3. Control over the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the chief specialist of the akimat of the village of Kyzylsai, S. Ayasheva.
4. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
