On amendments to the Resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated May 6, 2021 No. 237 "On the definition and approval of locations and routes for the placement of non-stationary retail facilities in the city of Zhanaozen"
Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated May 6, 2021 No. 237 "On the determination and approval of locations and routes for the placement of non-stationary commercial facilities in the city of Zhanaozen" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4529):
The preamble of the said resolution should be worded as follows:
"In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 73 of the Rules of Internal Trade, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264 "On approval of the Rules of internal Trade" (registered in the Register of the State registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11148) The Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:";
2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
