In accordance with Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the conclusion of the Zhanaozen City Land Commission dated November 27, 2024 (Protocol 03-06/51), land management projects approved by the order of the Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning from On January 10, 2025, No. KZ59VBG01527406, No. KZ69VBG01527420, KZ74VBG01527427, according to the statement of the joint-stock company "QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ", akim of the village of Tenge DECIDED:
1. To establish a public easement for the joint-stock company "QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ" (BIN: 020440001144) for a period of 10 (ten) years without taking land from land users for the following land plots:
1) for the placement and operation of a high-pressure gas pipeline, the village of Tenge, the city of Zhanaozen with an area of 0.0224 hectares;
2) for the placement and operation of SHGRP No. 58 village of Tenge, Zhanaozen city with an area of 0.0026 hectares;
3) for the placement and operation of a low-pressure gas pipeline, Tole bi Street, Tenge village, Zhanaozen city with an area of 0.1408 ha
2. The State Institution "Office of the Akim of the village of Tenge", in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure: the official publication of this decision, posting on the official Internet resources of the office of the akim of the city of Zhanaozen.
3. This decision shall enter into force after the date of its first official publication.
