On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Articles 18, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To establish a public easement to the joint-stock company "QAZAQGAZ AIMAQ" for a period of 10 (ten) years without withdrawal from land users of a land plot with a total area of 2.1441 hectares for the placement and operation of GRP, high, medium and low pressure gas pipelines of the city of Zhanaozen in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. The State Institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning" (N.Tanatbekov) to take measures arising from this resolution.
3. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Zhanaozen Shalabaev B.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
