On Amendments to Resolution No. 138 of the Akimat of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region, dated March 30, 2021 "On the establishment of a tariff for regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in urban and suburban traffic in the city of Zhanaozen"
Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To make the following changes to the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated March 30, 2021 No. 138 "On the establishment of a tariff for regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in urban and suburban traffic in the city of Zhanaozen" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4470):
The title of the said resolution should be redrafted as follows: "On the establishment of a differentiated tariff for regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in urban and suburban traffic in the city of Zhanaozen";
to establish a differentiated tariff for regular automobile transportation of passengers and luggage in urban and suburban traffic in the city of Zhanaozen:
1) for non-cash payment of travel by means of an electronic travel card or additional electronic payment services on intra-city routes:
for adults in the amount of 80 (eighty) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of 40 (forty) tenge;
for non–cash payment of travel via an electronic travel card or additional electronic payment services in the direction of Zhanaozen - village Tenge and Rahat routes:
for adults in the amount of 100 (one hundred) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of 50 (fifty) tenge;
for non–cash payment of travel via an electronic travel card or additional electronic payment services in the direction of Zhanaozen - Kyzylsai village routes:
for adults in the amount of 150 (one hundred and fifty) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of 75 (seventy-five) tenge;
2) for regular car transportation of passengers and luggage within the city when paying in cash:
for adults in the amount of 160 (one hundred and sixty) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of -80 (eighty) tenge;
for regular car transportation of passengers and luggage in the direction of Zhanaozen – villages of Tenge and Rahat with cash payment:
for adults in the amount of 200 (two hundred) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of -100 (one hundred) tenge.
for regular car transportation of passengers and luggage in the direction of Zhanaozen – Kyzylsai village with cash payment:
for adults in the amount of 300 (three hundred) tenge;
for children aged seven to fifteen years in the amount of -150 (one hundred and fifty) tenge.
2. In case of invalidity of the electronic fare payment system, the passenger who pays by means of an electronic travel card or additional electronic payment services acquires the right to free travel.
3. This resolution should be proposed for approval at the next session of the city maslikhat in accordance with the procedure established by law.
4. The State Institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Passenger Transport and Highways" should ensure the state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of Zhanaozen B. Shalabayev.
6. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
