In accordance with the order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 2, 2015 No. 70 "On the appointment and certification of the head of a State enterprise, as well as approval of the Rules for selecting him for the position of "candidate", the Akimat of Zhanaozen announces a competition to fill the vacant position of director of the municipal state institution "Family Support Center".

The main activity of the institution: Coordination of work on the implementation of state family policy measures, including measures to preserve marriage and family, resolve family conflicts, provide citizens (families) in difficult life situations with support from government agencies within their competence, including through an integrated model, as well as assistance to persons who find themselves in difficult situations. a difficult life situation. Assistance in providing social, legal and psychological support to people in need (families), implementation of state family policy in cooperation with local executive bodies, organizations, volunteers, advisory bodies, interaction on the prevention of domestic violence, monitoring trends in state family policy and its analysis in coordination with the local executive body of social protection and employment, with the participation of education and health authorities, law enforcement agencies, within their competence, organize the work of field teams of the early detection group for persons (families) in difficult situations and provide support to them, and implement other measures to prevent domestic violence in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Job responsibilities: Organizes and provides methodological guidance for the activities of the Family Support Center, organizes and ensures the quality of professional guidance for the self-employed, unemployed and low-income citizens, organizes work on providing advisory assistance to the population, provides adapted services to social services. It also organizes work on psychological support, conducts scientific research in the field of regulating family support, analyzing the modern labor market and its development prospects, promotes the development of proposals for professional guidance and psychological support for the population, organizes the study and synthesis of best practices in family support, ensures interaction with local executive authorities, public and other family support organizations, determines the list of professions (specialties) for the organization of vocational training, taking into account the needs of the population; the labor market, takes measures to provide the organization with qualified personnel, creating safe and favorable conditions for their work. Accepts and considers complaints and applications from citizens in a timely manner and ensures that decisions are made on them.
Requirements for the participants of the competition: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic, the Social Code, the Law "On State Social Benefits", the Law "On Languages", the Law "On State targeted Social assistance", the Law "On Population". Qualification requirements: higher (or postgraduate) education (social, economic, legal) and work experience in the social protection system for at least 2 years or in senior positions in relevant fields of activity for at least 1 year.
