On Amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated March 28, 2024 No. 14/111 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the city of Zhanaozen"
Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following changes to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated March 28, 2024 No. 14/111 "On approval of the Rules for providing social assistance, establishing its size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens in the city of Zhanaozen" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 4693-12):
in Appendix 1 to the said decision:
Paragraph 5 should be redrafted:
"5. Social assistance for holidays and memorable dates is provided in cash at a time to the following categories of citizens:
1) February 15 is the day of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan:
60 (sixty) servicemen who were disabled due to illness during military service in Afghanistan monthly calculation indices;
military conscripts who were called up for training camps and sent to Afghanistan during the period of combat operations - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
military personnel of automobile battalions who were sent to Afghanistan to deliver goods to this country during the period of hostilities - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
flight personnel who flew combat missions to Afghanistan from the territory of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
families of military personnel who died (missing) or died as a result of wounds, contusions, mutilations, diseases received during the fighting in Afghanistan - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
2) March 8 is International Women's Day:
mothers with many children who were awarded the "Altyn Alka" and "Kumis alka" pendants and who previously received the title of "Mother Heroine", awarded the Orders of Maternal Glory of the First and second degrees - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities under seven years of age, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years of age - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
3) April 26 is the International Day of Remembrance of the Chernobyl Disaster:
to the families of those who died in the aftermath of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster and other radiation disasters and accidents at civilian or military facilities – in the amount of 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
families of those who died as a result of radiation sickness or deceased persons with disabilities, as well as citizens whose deaths are duly related to the effects of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster and other radiation disasters and accidents at civilian or military facilities and nuclear tests – 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
persons who have been disabled as a result of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster and other radiation disasters and accidents at civilian or military facilities, nuclear tests, and their children whose disability is genetically related to radiation exposure to one of their parents – 60 (sixty) monthly calculation indices;
persons who participated in the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster in 1986-1987, other radiation disasters and accidents at civilian or military facilities, as well as those who participated directly in nuclear tests – in the amount of 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
persons from among the participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant disaster in 1988-1989, evacuated (independently left) from exclusion zones and resettlement in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including children who were in an intrauterine state on the day of evacuation – 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
4) May 1 is the Holiday of the Unity of the People of Kazakhstan:
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities up to seven years old, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years old - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
5) May 7 - Defender of the Fatherland Day:
veterans of the Great Patriotic War – 2,000,000 (two million) tenge;
persons equated in terms of benefits to persons with disabilities due to injury, contusion, injury or illness sustained during the Great Patriotic War – 60 (sixty) monthly calculation indices;
persons equated with the participants of the Great Patriotic War in terms of benefits – 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
veterans of military operations on the territory of other states - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
persons awarded orders and medals of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (hereinafter referred to as the USSR) for selfless work and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
persons who worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945 and were not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and impeccable military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
to the families of military personnel, partisans, underground fighters, and persons specified in Articles 4-6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterans" who died (missing) or died as a result of injury, contusion, or mutilation sustained while defending the former USSR, performing other military service (official duties), or as a result of illness related to staying at the front, there are 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
to the families of persons killed in the Great Patriotic War from among the personnel of the self-defense groups of the object and emergency teams of the local air defense, to the families of the deceased employees of hospitals and hospitals of the city of Leningrad - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
to the families of military personnel, commanding officers and enlisted personnel called up to collect military personnel of the Ministry of Defense, internal Affairs bodies and state security of the former USSR, who died while performing tasks to protect public order in extreme circumstances related to antisocial manifestations - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
families of military personnel who died during military service in peacetime - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
to the spouse of a deceased person with a disability as a result of injury, contusion, mutilation or disease sustained during the Great Patriotic War or a deceased person equated with benefits to persons with disabilities as a result of injury, contusion, mutilation or disease sustained during the Great Patriotic War, as well as a deceased participant in the Great Patriotic War, a partisan, an underground worker, a citizen who was awarded the medal "For the Defense of Leningrad" or the badge "To a resident of besieged Leningrad", recognized as persons with disabilities as a result of a common illness, labor injury and other causes (with the exception of illegal ones) that have not remarried - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
parents and unmarried widows of soldiers who died (deceased, missing) in the Great Patriotic War, spouse (spouse) who did not remarry - 40 (forty) monthly calculation indices;
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities under seven years of age, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years of age - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
5) August 30 - Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
persons affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk Nuclear Test site – 10 (ten) monthly calculation indices;
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities under seven years of age, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years of age - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
recipients (children) of the state social allowance in case of loss of the breadwinner - 8 (eight) monthly calculation indices;
6) October 1 is the Day of the Elderly::
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities under seven years of age, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years of age - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
pensioners over 70 (seventy) years old - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices;
7) December 16 - Independence Day:
persons who participated in the events of December 17-18, 1986 in Kazakhstan, rehabilitated in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Rehabilitation of victims of Mass Political Repression" - 50 (fifty) monthly calculation indices;
persons with disabilities of all groups, children with disabilities under seven years of age, children with disabilities of the first, second, and third groups from seven to eighteen years of age - 5 (five) monthly calculation indices.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
