On determining the list of socially significant communications in the city of Zhanaozen to be subsidized in 2025-2027
In accordance with subparagraph 5) of paragraph 1 of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Road Transport" and the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 25, 2015 No. 883 "On approval of the Rules for subsidizing losses of carriers related to socially significant passenger transportation from Budgetary funds" (registered in the Register state registration of regulatory legal acts under No. 12353) Mangystau regional maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To determine the list of socially significant communications in the city of Zhanaozen to be subsidized in 2025-2027 according to the annex to this decision.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
