Information on the provision of public services for July-September 2024 by the Akimat of Zhanaozen
In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Minister of the Central Administrative Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 20, 2023 No. 284/NK "On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK "On approval of the Register of public services", structural divisions of the city Akimat and the offices of the village akims provide public services.
In July-September 2024, the akimat of the city of Zhanaozen and the offices of the akims of the villages of Tenge, Rakhat, Kyzylsai provided:
There are 52 types of public services in total, 5 of them by local executive bodies, 19 through a state corporation, and 37 through the e–government portal.
The total number of services rendered is 10,296, of which 292 are provided by local executive bodies, 3,629 through the state corporation through the e–government portal – 6,375.
Information on the explanatory work carried out in July-September 2024
The number of explanatory activities carried out to improve the quality of public services in April - June 2024:
In total – 21, including a round table – 2, television – 2, exchange of experiences – 2, newspaper publications – 1, social network publications – 7, public reception – 1, ZOOM meeting – 2, meeting – 1, explanatory events – 1, fair – 2. Coverage of the population – 150.

According to the order of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2016 No.78 "On the rule of State control over the quality of public services", the action plan for 2024 on internal control was approved by the order of the Akim of Zhanaozen dated December 7, 2023 No.75n/k.
