On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat No. 11/92 dated December 21, 2023 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026"

 

Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:

1. To make the following changes to the decision of the Zhanaozen city maslikhat dated December 21, 2023 No. 11/92 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026":

Paragraph 1 should be reworded:

"1. To approve the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, to this decision, including for 2024 in the following volumes:

• income – 16,947,869.1 thousand tenge, including on:

tax revenues – 11,791,626.1 thousand tenge;

non–tax receipts - 64,296.0 thousand tenge;

proceeds from the sale of fixed assets – 578,844,0 thousand tenge;

transfer receipts – 4,513,103.0 thousand tenge;

• costs – 18,016,782,1 thousand tenge;
• net budget lending – 1,706,622.4 thousand tenge, including:

budget loans – 1,739,333,4 thousand tenge;

repayment of budget loans – 32,711.0 thousand tenge;

• the balance on transactions with financial assets is 800 000,0 thousand tenge, including:

acquisition of financial assets – 800 000,0 thousand tenge;

proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;

• budget deficit (surplus) – -3 575 535.4 thousand tenge;

6) financing the deficit (using the surplus) of the budget – 3,575,535.4 thousand tenge;

loan receipts – 1,739,333,4 thousand tenge;

repayment of loans – 32,711.0 thousand tenge;

the remaining budget funds used are 1,868,913.0 thousand tenge.";

paragraph 2 should be set out in a new version:

"2. Take into account that a subvention in the amount of 1,966,971.2 thousand tenge was allocated from the city budget for 2024 to the budgets of villages, including:

villages of Tenge – 412,336.8 thousand tenge;

Kyzylsai village – 375,729.1 thousand tenge;

Rahat village – 632 948.9 thousand tenge;

Kendirli village – 545 956.4 thousand tenge.";

annex 1 to the said decision should be set out in a new version according to the annex to this decision.        

2. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2024.
