About the draft decision of the Zhanaozen city maslikhat "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027"
In accordance with the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2025-2027 in accordance with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, respectively, to this decision, including for 2025 in the following volumes:
tax revenues – 15,562,459.0 thousand tenge;
non–tax receipts - 64,628.0 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of fixed assets – KZT 216,296.0 thousand;
transfer receipts – KZT 8,156,080.0;
budget loans – 102 232.0 tenge;
repayment of budget loans – 0 tenge;
purchase of financial assets – 800,000 thousand tenge;
proceeds from the sale of financial assets of the state – 0 tenge;
6) financing of the budget deficit (using the surplus) – 102,232.0 thousand tenge;
loan receipts – 102,232.0 thousand tenge;
repayment of loans – 0 tenge;
the remaining budget funds used are 0 tenge.
2. Take into account that a subvention in the amount of 2,017,319.0 thousand tenge has been allocated from the city budget for 2025 to the budgets of villages, including:
villages of Tenge – 402,342.0 thousand tenge;
Kyzylsai villages – 361,353.0 thousand tenge;
Rahat village – 451 553.0 thousand tenge;
Kendirli village – 802,071.0 thousand tenge.
3. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2025.
