On Amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen dated March 20, 2018 No. 153 "On approval of the Methodology for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the city of Zhanaozen" and executive bodies funded from the local budget"
The Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To make the following changes to the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated March 20, 2018 No. 153 "On approval of the Methodology for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Office of the Akim of Zhanaozen" and executive bodies funded from the local budget" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 3561):
in the Methodology for evaluating the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the city of Zhanaozen" and executive bodies funded from the local budget approved by the said resolution:
in paragraph 3:
sub-paragraph 12) should be deleted;
Paragraph 6 should be reworded:
"6. The assessment is not carried out in cases where the period of stay of the evaluated employee in a particular position in the evaluated period is less than one month. If, during the evaluation period, the employee being evaluated is on labor or social leave, a period of temporary disability, business trip, internship, retraining or advanced training, the employee's assessment according to the achievement of the KCI, ranking and/or 360 assessment is carried out without his participation within the time limits established by paragraph 5.";
Delete Chapter 6.
2. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
