On invalidation of the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat No. 16/138 dated April 25, 2024 "On establishing the amount of additional social assistance to certain categories of citizens of the city of Zhanaozen by the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan"
In accordance with Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", the Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To invalidate the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat "On establishing the amount of additional social assistance to certain categories of citizens of the city of Zhanaozen by the 35th anniversary of the withdrawal of a limited contingent of Soviet troops from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan" dated April 25, 2024 No. 16/138 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 4704-12).
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
