On approval of the List of specially designated places for the placement of posters for cultural, sports and mass sports events
In accordance with subparagraph 1-1) of paragraph 1 of Article 17-2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advertising", Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 20, 2015 No. 235 "On approval of Standard Rules for landscaping of cities and settlements and Rules for the provision of public services "Issuance of a permit for cutting down trees" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 10886), The Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To approve the List of specially designated places for the placement of posters for cultural, sports and mass sports events in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the city of Zhanaozen.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.

The list of specially designated places for the placement of posters for cultural, sports and mass sports events
1. Structures used to place posters of cultural, sports and mass sports events on the territory of cultural, sports buildings and structures.
2. Objects of outdoor (visual) advertising in the city of Zhanaozen in an open space outside the premises*.
Note:
* it is not allowed to attach and hang various advertisements and other information to buildings, fences, stops of urban passenger transport, lighting poles, trees.
