On approval of the Regulations of the state institution "Central City Library" of the city of Zhanaozen
In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On State Property" and Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2021 No. 590 "On certain issues of organizing the activities of state bodies and their structural divisions", the Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To approve the Regulations of the state institution "Central City Library" of the city of Zhanaozen (hereinafter referred to as the Institution) in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
2. To cancel the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated February 22, 2010 No. 33 "On amendments and additions to the charter of the state institution "Central City Library" of Zhanaozen city".
3. The head of the state institution "Zhanaozen City Department of Culture and Language Development" (Azan), in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall ensure state registration of the institution's Position in the judicial authorities; take other measures arising from this resolution.
4. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the city Zh. Aimaganbetov.
