To the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, "Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated April 12, 2024 No. 15/129 "On Amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat dated December 21, 2023 No. 11/92 "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026" and No. 15/129 of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated April 12, 2024. 201 of the Zhanaozen City Administration dated April 19, 2024 "According to the resolution of the Zhanaozen City Administration No. 1 dated January 4, 2024 "On Amendments to the Resolution of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 11/92 dated December 21, 2023 "On the implementation of the decision "On the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026"" I ORDER:
1. "Zhanaozen city Department of entrepreneurship and agriculture"
To make the following amendments and additions to the order dated January 8, 1 n/a "On regular budget programs for 2024-2026" of the state institution.
454.001 "Services for the implementation of state policy in the field of entrepreneurship and agriculture development at the local level" according to Appendix 1;
454.007 "Purchase of machinery, equipment, tools, industrial and household equipment" according to Appendix 2;
2. To ensure the implementation of this order to the chief specialist of the State Institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture" (M.Kartbaeva).
3. I keep control over the execution of this order to myself.
