To the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 04, 2008, In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No.148 "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated April 12, 2024 No. 15/129 "On Amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat dated December 21, 2023 No.11/92 "on the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for 2024-2026 " and Akimat of Zhanaozen city dated April 19, 2024 No.201 "Akimat of Zhanaozen city dated January 4, 2024 No. 1 "Akimat of Zhanaozen city dated December 21, 2023 No.11/92 "2024-2026 in accordance with the Resolution On Amendments in the resolution "on the implementation of the decision "on the budget of the city of Zhanaozen for years", I ORDER:
To approve "the following budget programs of the state institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Housing and Communal Services and housing Inspection" for 2024-2026":
According to Appendix 1;
487.001"services for the implementation of state policy at the local level in the field of housing and communal services and housing stock"
According to Appendix 2;
487.017 "Sanitation of settlements"
According to Appendix 3;
487.025 "street lighting in populated areas"
According to Appendix 4;
487.030 "landscaping and landscaping of settlements"
According to Appendix 8;
487.032 "capital expenditures of subordinate state institutions and organizations"
According to Appendix 9;
487.006 "provision of housing for certain categories of citizens"
According to Appendix 10;
487.003 "capital expenditures of a public authority"
2. To ensure the execution of this order to the chief specialist of the state institution "Zhanaozensk city department of housing and Communal services" A. Sugulbaeva.
3. The chief specialist of the department, A. Sugulbaeva, should ensure that this order is posted on the website of the mayor of the city within three calendar days after its approval.
