On the establishment of a public easement to the joint-stock company "KazTransGazAimak"
In accordance with Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. Establish a public easement for a period up to January 31, 2027, without seizure of land from owners and land users of the joint-stock company KazTransGas Aimak, on a land plot with a total area of 0.0261 hectares for the placement of an underground gas pipeline.
2. The State institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning" (O. Edigeev) to take measures arising from this resolution.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the city of Zhanaozen Khudibaev N.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
