On the establishment of a public easement     

In accordance with Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:

1. Establish a public easement for the limited liability partnership "Ak Su KMG" for a period of 3 (three) years, without withdrawal of plots from land users of land plots with a total area of 19,8556 hectares, including for conducting fiber-optic communication lines of 0.9631 hectares, 3.0597 hectares, 2.7070 hectares on the territory of the land to the village of Tenge and up to Ozeninvest is a state-owned utility company with the right of economic management in accordance with the annex to this resolution.

2. The State institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning" (O.Edigeev) to take measures arising from this resolution.

3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the city of Zhanaozen Khudibaev N.

4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

to the draft resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen "On the establishment of a public easement"

 

  1. The name of the state body – developer is the state institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning"
  2. Grounds for the adoption of a draft normative legal act with reference to relevant legal acts, norms of international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, decisions of international organizations to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party, protocol and other instructions from the President, the Leadership of the Presidential Administration, the Government and the Government apparatus and/or other justifications for its adoption.
