On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Akim of the village of Rakhat DECIDED:
1. Establish a public easement for a period up to March 01, 2027, without withdrawal of land from owners and land users to the state institution "Zhanaozen city construction Department" for a land plot with a total area of 0.7025 hectares for the 4th stage of the gas pipeline from the desalination plant.
2. Divisibility of the land plot (indivisibility): divisible
3. Use engineering networks and nodes of engineering networks through the land plot for repair work and allow travel on foot or by transport through the land plot.
4. To assign control over the execution of this decision to the deputy akim of the village of Rakhat Tabanbayev K.
5. This decision shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.

1. The name of the state body – developer is the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the village of Rakhat"
2.
