On lowering the rate when applying a special retail tax regime in the city of Zhanaozen
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 696-3 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget" (Tax Code), the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To lower the rate from 4 to 3 percent with the support of a special retail tax regime in the city of Zhanaozen.
2 .To invalidate the resolution of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat No. 9/80 dated December 6, 2023 "On reducing the tax rate when applying a special retail tax regime in the city of Zhanaozen".
3. This decision shall enter into force on January 1, 2024 and is subject to official publication.
