On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Article 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the Akimat of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
1. To establish a public easement for a period up to January 31, 2027, without withdrawal of land from owners and land users to the limited liability partnership «Aksu KMG», on a land plot with a total area of 13.1258 hectares for fiber-optic communication lines.
2. The State institution "Zhanaozen city Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning" (O. Edigeev) to take measures arising from this resolution.
3. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the city of Zhanaozen Kaynarbayev Zh.
4. This resolution shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
