On the establishment of a subsidiary easement for the limited liability partnership «Ak su KMG»
In accordance with the Law on Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan and Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code, based on the conclusion of the Zhanaozen City Land Commission dated November 20, 2023 (Protocol 03-06/124), land management projects approved by order of the Zhanaozen City Department of Land Relations, Architecture and Urban Planning dated January 16, 2024 No.KZ57VBG01359438, KZ03VBG01359440, KZ78VBG01359448 akim of the village of Tenge MADE DECISIONS:
1. To establish a public easement for 3 (three) years to the limited liability partnership "Ak Su KMG" (BIN 110140004880) with the right of temporary gratuitous land use for the land plots listed below.
1) to connect the temporary overhead electric network of 110kV Fetisov-2 overhead line from column No. 48 to the substation Tenge village Tenge, Zhanaozen city with an area of 2.4667 hectares;
2) for conducting fiber-optic communication lines (fiber-optic communication lines) from the village of Tenge, the city of Zhanaozen with an area of 32.5250 hectares;
3) to conduct an overhead electric network from the village of Tenge, the city of Zhanaozen with an area of 32.5250 hectares;
2. Allow passing through the land plot on foot or by car to carry out repair work of engineering communications and interchange of engineering networks.
