Information on the provision of public services for October-December 2023 by the Akimat of Zhanaozen
The Akimat of Zhanaozen city provides services in accordance with the register of public services approved by the Order of the Minister of the Central Administrative District of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 16, 2023 No. 339/NK "On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39 "On Approval of the Register of Public Services".
In October-December 2023, the akimat of the city of Zhanaozen and the offices of the akims of the villages of Tenge, Rakhat, Kyzylsai provided:
There are 50 types of public services in total, 5 of them by local executive bodies, 21 through the PSC, and 31 through the e–government portal.
The total number of services rendered is 4,410, of which 231 are provided by local executive bodies, 1,499 through the PSC, and 2,680 through the e–government portal.
