On invalidation of the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 2/7 dated May 4, 2023 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen"
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts" and the Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules of payment of the tourist fee for foreigners", the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To invalidate the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 2/7 dated May 4, 2023 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 4561-12).
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
