About the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen
In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules for paying the tourist fee for foreigners", Zhanaozen City Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners for October – December 2023 in the amount of 0.5 (zero point five) of the monthly calculation index for each day of stay in tourist accommodation.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
