About the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen
In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by Order of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2023 No. 181 "On approval of the Rules for paying the tourist fee for foreigners", Zhanaozen City Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation for September-December 2023 in the amount of 0.5 (zero point five) of the monthly calculation index.
2. The decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat of the Mangistau region No. 2/9 dated April 25, 2023 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 according to the Zhanaozen City" (registered by the Department of Justice of the Mangistau region on May 4, 2023 No. 2/7) will become invalid.
3. This decision shall enter into force from the date of state registration with the Department of Justice of the Mangystau region and shall enter into force ten days after the date of its first official publication.
