Information on the provision of public services for January-June 2023 by the Akimat of Zhanaozen
In accordance with the Register of Public Services approved by the Order of the Minister of the Central Administrative Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 13, 2023 No.86n/k "On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK "On approval of the Register of Public Services", structural divisions of the city Akimat and the offices of village akims provide 67 types of public services, of which 80 are subspecies of public services.
In January-June 2023, the akimat of the city of Zhanaozen and the offices of the akims of the villages of Tenge, Rakhat, Kyzylsai provided:
In total, there are 70 types of public services, 3 of them by local executive bodies, 36 through the PSC, 52 through the e–government portal.
The total number of services rendered is 34,232, of which 438 are provided by local executive bodies, 7,267 through the PSC, and 26,527 through the e–government portal.

According to the order of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2016 No. 78 "On the rule of state control over the quality of public services", an action plan for internal control was approved by the order of the Akim of Zhanaozen dated December 20, 2022 No. 87n/k.
