On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 2/7 dated May 4, 2023 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen"
Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. To make the following change to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 2/7 dated May 4, 2023 "On approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 4561-12):
paragraph 1 of the said decision should be stated in a new version:
"1. To approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation from July 1, 2023 – in the amount of 5 (five) percent of the cost of stay.".
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
