On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 37/304 dated March 30, 2015 "On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the city of Zhanaozen"
Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Make the following changes to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat "On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the city of Zhanaozen" dated March 30, 2015 No. 37/304 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 2699)::
paragraph 1 should be stated in a new version:
"1. Housing assistance is provided at the expense of the local budget to low-income families (citizens) residing in the city of Zhanaozen, permanently registered and residing in a dwelling that is owned as the only dwelling on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to tenants (sub-tenants) of a dwelling from the state housing fund and a dwelling rented by a local executive body in private housing fund, for payment:
expenses for the management of the condominium object and maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, including major repairs of the common property of the condominium object;
consumption of utilities and communication services in terms of increasing the subscription fee for a telephone connected to a telecommunications network;
expenses for the use of housing from the public housing fund and housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund.
The share of maximum allowable expenses to the total income of a low-income family (citizen) in the amount of 7 (seven) percent.
The expenses of low-income families (citizens) accepted for the calculation of housing assistance are determined as the sum of expenses for each of the above areas.
Housing assistance is defined as the difference between the amount of payment for the management of the condominium facility and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium facility, including the overhaul of the common property of the condominium facility, the consumption of utilities and communication services in terms of increasing the subscription fee for a telephone connected to the telecommunications network, the use of housing from the public housing fund and housing rented by a local the executive body in the private housing fund, and the maximum allowable level of expenditures of low-income families (citizens) for these purposes, established by local representative bodies, no more than 10 percent.";
paragraph 3 should be stated in a new version:
"3. The total income of a low-income family (citizen) is calculated by the authorized body for the quarter preceding the quarter of applying for housing assistance, in the manner determined by the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for calculating the total income of a family (citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan) applying for housing assistance" dated April 24, 2020 year No. 226 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20498).";
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
