On amendments to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 3/27 dated April 16, 2021 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social assistance, setting the size and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need"
Zhanaozen city maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Add the following additions to the decision of the Zhanaozen City Maslikhat No. 3/27 dated April 16, 2021 "On Approval of the Rules for Providing Social Assistance, Setting the Size and Determining the list of Certain categories of citizens in need" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 4502):
in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, the establishment of the size and definition of the list of certain categories of needy citizens, approved by the said decision:
in paragraph 9:
add subparagraph 7) to the following wording:
"7) persons accompanying persons with disabilities of the first group (with the exception of persons with disabilities who have received an occupational injury or occupational disease due to the fault of the employer) who have an event in the individual habilitation and rehabilitation program and one of the legal representatives accompanying a child with a disability for sanatorium treatment is provided at a time in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the guaranteed amount of the allocated voucher on the basis of the application, with the attachment of supporting documents on the receipt of sanatorium treatment (certificate of receipt of sanatorium treatment, invoice).".
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
