In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 105 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", decision No. 2 of February 13, 2023 on registration of a candidate for deputy of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat in the electoral district No. 5 of Eleupov Talgat Sabytayevich as a candidate was canceled.
