In accordance with subparagraph 4) Paragraph 6-1 of Article 104 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the decision No. 6 of February 12, 2023 on the registration of a candidate for deputy of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat in the electoral district No. 14 of Damir Alibekovich Shyrakbayev as a candidate was canceled.
