In recent years, cases of labor disputes arising from labor relations between an "employer" and an "employee" in public utilities, as well as in enterprises and partnerships providing services to JSC OzenMunaiGas, have become more frequent. These issues were not settled in accordance with labor legislation and therefore there were such protests as the announcement of illegal strikes, hunger strikes and mass suspension of work by employees. In this regard, in order to reduce labor disputes between the "employer" and the "employee" at enterprises, in the institutions of the city of Zhanaozen, it is necessary to organize information and explanatory work aimed at preventing and resolving them in accordance with labor legislation, improving the legal literacy of the "employer" and "employees", trade union organizations (prior approval is required with the customer). |

In 2022, only 91 NGOs were registered in the city of Zhanaozen and nearby villages, including 15 active NGOs. In this regard, explaining the importance of implementing state policy, measures taken by local executive bodies and the development of civil society, it is necessary to intensify the activities of non-governmental organizations according to their goals and objectives, increase legal literacy, activity, as well as assist them in the formation of civil initiatives, contribute to the socio-economic development of the city of Zhanaozen. |
