Functional responsibilities: Management of economic, financial and economic activities of the institution in accordance with the legislation.

Knowledge of the Constitution Of the Republic of Kazakhstan, The Laws Of the Republic of Kazakhstan On combating corruption, On state youth policy, On countering terrorism, On countering extremism.
The documents required to participate in the competition must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of publication of the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) resume in the state and Russian languages;
3) autobiography, presented in any form;
4) copies of educational documents;
5) a copy of the employment record (if any) or the employment contract, or an extract from the orders on the acceptance and termination of the employment contract from the last place of work;
6) a certificate of health status in the form approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. KR DSM-175/2020 "On approval of forms of accounting documentation in the field of healthcare, as well as instructions for filling them out." (Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 4, 2020 No. 21579).
If these documents are available and if the person meets the requirements, a decision is made to allow the person who submitted the documents to participate in the competition within five working days from the date of the end of the receipt of documents.
