TO THE ATTENTION OF POLITICAL PARTIES AND PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS!

In accordance with Article 10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", it is planned to elect a new member of the commission instead of 1 (one) member of the commission who resigned from the territorial election commission.

In this regard, proposals should be submitted to the Zhanaozensky city Maslikhat from January 1 to January 15, 2023 at:

The cover letter of the proposed candidate for election commission members from political parties and public associations is sent to the chairman of the Zhanaozen city maslikhat Musayev Temir.

Each political party has the right to nominate one candidate to the relevant election commission.

The following documents are attached to the proposal:

1. A copy of the document on the registration of a political party in the judicial authorities;
2. A copy of the document on the political party (authorized in accordance with its charters of structural units) to be a member of the election commission of meetings, meetings on the nomination of a candidate copies of resolutions (conferences);
3. Applications of persons submitted to the election commission for consent to participate in its work;
4. A copy of the candidate's identity card.

The person represented in the election commission must comply with the requirements of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Public associations also provide a list of documents, as do political parties.

In the absence of proposals from political parties, the city maslikhat elects election commissions within the prescribed period on the proposal of other public associations and higher election commissions.
