TO THE ATTENTION OF POLITICAL PARTIES AND PUBLIC ASSOCIATIONS! 

In accordance with Article 10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", it is planned to elect members of the district election commissions for the election of deputies of the Zhanaozen city Maslikhat (hereinafter referred to as the election commission), listed below.

In this regard, proposals for candidates should be submitted to the Zhanaozensky city Maslikhat from January 1 to January 15, 2023 at:

The lists of candidates for election commission members from political parties and public associations are sent to the chairman of the Zhanaozen city maslikhat Musayev Temir.

Each political party has the right to nominate one candidate to the relevant election commission.

The following documents are attached to the proposal:

1. A copy of the document on the registration of a political party in the judicial authorities;
2. Copies of resolutions of meetings, meetings (conferences) of a political party (structural units authorized in accordance with their charters) on the nomination of candidates to the election commission;
3. Statements of persons represented in the composition of election commissions on consent to participate in its work;
4. A copy of the candidate's identity card.

The person represented in the election commission must comply with the requirements of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Public associations also provide a list of documents, as do political parties.

In the absence of proposals from political parties, the city maslikhat elects election commissions within the prescribed period on the proposal of other public associations and higher election commissions.
