For the past year, in order to provide pension services to remote settlements of the country, JSC "UAPF" and JSC "Kazpost" have been implementing a joint project to provide services to depositors and recipients of the Fund in the offices of the national postal operator. After the training of Kazpost operators, pension services were introduced in settlements where there are no UAPF service centers and now depositors can receive services that previously had to be provided to the nearest large settlements. Last year alone, about 200 branches of the operator of the Kazakhstan national postal network were connected, and since June 1, this figure has exceeded the mark of 300 branches. The list of Kazpost branches with UAPF services in the Karaganda and Turkestan regions will be replenished the most: 44 and 19 branches, respectively.
Recall that residents of the Kazpost subdivisions can receive the following types of services:
submission of applications for changing (supplementing) additional details of the depositor (recipient) (details of the identity card, phone number, e-mail and postal addresses);
signing of an agreement on changing (defining) the method of informing (including for obtaining access to the services of UAPF JSC in electronic format).
It should be noted that after the connection of new Kazpost branches in June of this year, the presence of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund in the republic will increase by 142%. Settlements in Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Kyzylorda have already been connected to the provision of services through the operator of the Kazakhstan national postal network, Kostanay, Mangystau, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions.
