About the approval of tourist contribution rates for foreigners for 2023 in the city of Zhanaozen
In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 No. 787 "On approval of the Rules for paying tourist fees for foreigners" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 159981), Zhanaozen City Maslikhat DECIDED:
1. Approve the rates of the tourist fee for foreigners in tourist accommodation in the city of Zhanaozen from January 1 to December 31, 2023 inclusive - 1 (one) percent of the cost of stay.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
