On some issues of ensuring conditions for the voting of voters who are persons with disabilities in the early elections of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, scheduled for November 20, 2022
In accordance with sub-paragraphs 1), 2) of Article 12, paragraph 2-1 of Article 48 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 70) Paragraph 15 of the Regulations on the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 11, 1996 No. 3205, the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Akims of regions, cities of republican significance and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take measures to equip polling stations taking into account the needs of voters who are persons with disabilities.
2. To assist local executive bodies in the work of election commissions to ensure conditions for the voting of voters who are persons with disabilities.
3. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with local executive bodies, to update information about voters who are persons with disabilities, for whom special conditions are necessary when voting; information about polling stations on the interactive portal "Accessible Environment".
4. Publish this resolution on the Internet resource of the Central Election Commission.
5. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to a member of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shchegortsova A.G.
