Project name: Provision of retail spaces for the construction and placement of business facilities (bus stop shopping complex).
The content of the project: Creation of new jobs by creating retail outlets for the purpose of placement and construction of business facilities (bus stop shopping complex) in crowded areas in the city of Zhanaozen and adjacent villages.
The purpose of the project is to identify individuals and legal entities for the development of entrepreneurial activity and the formation of new jobs, increase tax revenues, as well as the provision of trading places.
Justification of the project:
Mangystau Region Development Plan for 2021-2025;
Regional Development Program for 2021-2025;
Resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated October 05, 2022 No. 486.
Project participants: Individuals and legal entities.
The deadline for accepting documents for the project: from 14.10.2022 to 28.10.2022.

Required documents of the project participant:
An application indicating a specific place to participate in the project;
For an individual - copies of an identity document, for a legal entity - a certificate of state registration of a legal entity;
A copy of the certificate of confirmation of individual entrepreneurship;
Copies of any documents defining financial or material capabilities that are of any priority for the construction and implementation of a stop trading place.

Project requirements:
Construction works at the facilities must comply with the draft design approved by the State Institution "Zhanaozensky City Department of Architecture and Urban Planning".
Completion of construction and commissioning of the facility within 6 months after the full registration of documents for the land plot. After the launch, an extension of the term is allowed.
It is not allowed to make civil transactions (sale, donation) before the development of a land plot on a temporary gratuitous basis, a restriction is imposed.
In case of non-fulfillment of the specified conditions, the agreement on the temporary gratuitous transfer of the land plot for lease will be terminated unilaterally and returned to the ownership of the state after the provision of a warning notice.
Utility costs for the maintenance of the bus stop facility, in case of demolition of landscaping facilities, damage to utility networks are reimbursed at the expense of the entrepreneur. At the same time, it is required to build a pocket along the highway near the site where the stop will be located.
