Key indicators of JSC "Unified Accumulative Pension Fund" as of May 1, 2020
Pension savings of JSC "UAPF", one of the most important financial institutions of Kazakhstan, increased by 1.9 trillion tenge or 19% from 01.05.2019 to 01.05.2020. Thus, pension savings exceeded 11.6 trillion tenge.
The main amount of pension savings was formed at the expense of mandatory pension contributions (OPV) and amounted to 11.4 trillion tenge, having increased by 8% in 4 months of 2020. The amount of pension savings on mandatory professional pension contributions (OPP) amounted to 273 billion tenge (an increase of 11%), the amount of pension savings on voluntary pension contributions (DPV) exceeded 2 billion tenge (an increase of 7%).
Since the beginning of 2020, pension contributions in the total amount of 347.1 billion tenge have been received on depositors' accounts, which exceeded the figures for the first 5 months of 2019 by 15%. Payments amounted to 52.6 billion tenge, most of which accounted for payments by age (21.4 billion tenge), for permanent residence outside the Republic of Kazakhstan (12.6 billion tenge), transfers to insurance organizations (9.8 billion tenge), heirs (7.4 billion tenge), burial (0.8 billion tenge).
Since the beginning of 2020, as of May 1, more than 536 billion tenge of net investment income has been credited to the accounts of UAPF depositors, which is 381.1 billion tenge more compared to the same period last year. Recall that for the first four months of 2019, net investment income amounted to 154.9 billion tenge.
