According to the results of 2021, the population of the village of Rahat is 42,346 people. The number of registered residential buildings is 7,630.The structure includes: neighborhoods "Rahat","Aksu" and"Merey". As you know, the population of the village of Rahat is growing every year. It's basically natural growth.
In 2021, 262 residents came with various questions at the personal reception of the village akim and his boss.
491 appeals were received from individuals. 7 appeals were received from legal entities. Timely answers were given to the questions raised in accordance with the requirements of the law.
At the reporting meeting last year, 10 proposals were received from the villagers, currently 8 of them have been implemented, 2 are under control.
Rural budget
The village's budget allocated for 2021 amounted to $338 million. The allocated funds amounted to 874 thousand tenge, 100% disbursed. The budget of the village for 2022 is 276 million dollars. 220 thousand tenge.
The approved tax for 2021 amounted to 176,041 thousand tenge, which is 116% more.
The field of education
There are 3 secondary schools and 1 state kindergarten and 7 private kindergartens in the village.
As for secondary schools, the total number of students is 6,056, the number of teachers is 517.
The number of graduates who graduated from school in 2021 is 196, graduates who passed the unified national Test are 191, the overall average score is 61%. The number of those enrolled in higher education institutions is 156, the number of those enrolled in secondary vocational training is 34.
In 2021, children from 10 families belonging to socially vulnerable segments of the population, through the city department of Employment and social programs, were given directions for free university education.

Healthcare sector
A polyclinic for 250 visits is located in the village of Rahat. To increase the population of the village and timely assistance to the caller by ambulance staff from the administrative building of the village, a room with all amenities for the ambulance service has been allocated. There are 61 doctors and 320 medical staff working in the clinic and emergency department.
Currently, there is a shortage of 20 doctors in the polyclinic. These are: General Practitioner, Infectious Disease specialist, Oncologist, Rheumatologist, Obstetrician/Gynecologist, Therapist, Nephrologist, Laboratory assistant, Endocrinologist, Neuropotologist, Venereologist.
In August 2021, the construction of a family outpatient clinic (NEA) for 50 places was started in the "Merey" microdistrict. Construction works are under daily control. The construction project is scheduled to be completed by May 2022.

The Republican program "With a diploma to the village" is in full swing. In total, in 2021, 43 specialists received 81.9 million tenge under the program "With a diploma to the village".tg. received a budget loan (1500 MCI) and a lifting allowance (100 MCI). These works will also be continued.
Social sphere
In 2021, one-time social assistance to 267 families - 6,499,076 tenge, 323 families-92 million tenge. Targeted social assistance in the amount of 834 thousand tenge and veterans of the Afghan war and home front workers in honor of the "Victory Day on May 9" amounted to 41 million tenge. Benefits were issued in the amount of 713 thousand tenge.

For families in need of social assistance in our village, the village akim's office organized charity events at various levels on the part of village entrepreneurs.

In the village, 59 people completed the "Business Adviser" training course on an entrepreneurial basis and received certificates. According to the results of 2021, the number of livestock in the village of Rakhat was 3,639.
A special commission has been created to inventory livestock in rural areas, the number of livestock in all registered farms and private households has been clarified.
As a result, 115 private households received gratuitous compensation in the amount of KZT 6,741,711 for the Green Corridor-1 functionality. According to the "green corridor – 2" functionality, 94 private households received gratuitous compensation -2,423,414 tenge.
In addition, in order to ensure the safety of rural residents, including schoolchildren, the issue of catching unattended guide dogs is in the spotlight. In particular, in 2021, based on the appeals received from the villagers, 567 orphan dogs were caught.
As you know, in 2021, due to the drought in the region, 14 wagons of free grass were delivered to the village from other regions. In total, 234 tons of feed were delivered to the village in 2021.
In the village of Rahat there are 8 entrepreneurs selling feed. In total, 16,000 bales of hay and 450 tons of feed (barley, bran, wheat) are sold per month.
At the beginning of 2022, 66 tons of bran feed were issued at a discounted price (1000 tenge).
Monitoring events are held daily with representatives of the akimat of the city and the office of the akim of the village to ensure the stability of feed prices.

In 2021, maintenance work on street lamps in the village of Rahat concluded an agreement with the State Enterprise "Uzenenergoservice" and performed their functions.
Starting from 2021, in February 2022, the installation of street lights on the streets of Fruit, Lilia, Almaly, Kokorai, Samal, Sandugash of the Rahat microdistrict was completed. There are plans for 2022 to install additional LED lamps in the village of 430 pieces.
Public safety sphere
