Report on the work done for 2021 in the village of Kyzylsai
In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 3, 2022 No. 403 "on holding reporting meetings with the population of heads of central executive bodies, akims, rectors of national higher educational institutions", let me introduce the results of the work done in the village of Kyzylsai in 2021.
According to the results of 2021, the population of the village of Kyzylsay is 7,500 people. The number of registered residential buildings is 1,151.
In 2021, 137 residents arrived with various questions at the personal reception of the village akim and his boss.
171 appeals were received from individuals. Received 2 requests from legal entities. Timely answers were given to the questions raised in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The problem of employment
In the employment center in 2021, 482 people from the village of Kyzylsai were registered for unemployment. 137 people were sent to public work, 4 young specialists in youth practice were sent to practice, 15 people were sent to social work, 220 people were sent to permanent work. 33 families who received one-time social assistance, i.e. 148 people, were assigned 711,748 tenge, 27 families who received targeted social assistance, i.e. 181 people, a total of 3,000,000 tenge.
In addition, within the framework of the "I work " project, 30 people have been employed in Stroyplasttau LLP for a permanent job with a high salary.
The field of entrepreneurship and veterinary medicine
There are 40 small businesses and 6 farms registered in the village. To date, they are developing their business and contributing to the economy of the village, providing jobs for more than 70 citizens.
The number of livestock in the village is 2970 heads (cattle – 96 heads, small cattle – 912 heads, horses – 991 heads, camels – 971 heads, birds - 300).
Medical and health measures were carried out in the village, in order to prevent animal diseases, blood from cattle and sheep-goats was vaccinated and entered into the database.
In addition, in order to ensure the safety of rural residents, including schoolchildren, the issue of catching unattended guide dogs is in the spotlight. So, in 2021, based on the received appeals from the villagers, the Zhanaozen city Veterinary Department caught 109 orphan dogs in the vicinity of the village.

The peasant farm under the leadership of Sagynbayev Kamysbai in 2021 received 19 tons of products on an area of 4.5 hectares. Also, 10.5 tons of harvest were obtained from 6 greenhouses.
The peasant farm under the leadership of Edilov Amankos in 2021 produced 153 tons of products from 25 hectares.
In total, 1,073 cattle were registered in the village under the Green Corridor 1 program, of which (cattle – 22 heads, small cattle – 254 heads, horses – 395 heads, camels – 402 heads) 96 households were paid 6,976,124 tenge, 2 farms - 999,503 tenge under this program.
According to the "green corridor 2" program, 518 cattle were registered in the village, of which (cattle – 9 heads, small cattle – 105 heads, horses – 265 heads, camels – 139 heads) funds in the amount of 4,035,823 tenge are provided for 23 residents.
As you know, in 2021, due to the drought in the region, 2,800 pieces of hay and 583 bags of feed were delivered to the village from the Southern region. Cargo transportation equipment of JSC "Ozenmunaigas" in the amount of 3 pieces and public employees of the akim's office of the village of Kyzylsai in loading and unloading are involved in these works. In addition, due to the location of the village of Kyzylsai 18 kilometers from the city of Zhanaozen, in order to prevent road losses of the rural population and peasant farms, 3 pieces of cargo transportation equipment of JSC "Uzenmunaygas" and 1 piece of cargo transportation equipment of the state municipal enterprise "Uzenenergoservice", 700 bales of hay, 35 rolls of hay were delivered to villagers from the railway station "Uzen was distributed.
In order to develop entrepreneurship in 2021, the state institution "Zhanaozensky City Department of Land Relations " organized an auction for the sale of entrepreneurial lands 4 times and presented 31 plots of land in the village of Kyzylsai. As a result, 14 people became winners.
The problem of cleanliness
In order to ensure the sanitary cleanliness of the village, an agreement was signed with Tazalyk–S LLP in 2021. This partnership provided work for the villagers, once a week carried out work on sanitary cleaning of the village with the allocation of HON equipment and two pieces of dump trucks. In addition, garbage collection is carried out in "Tazalyk-S" LLP on the basis of a public agreement with the villagers. She carried out garbage removal work every day, allocating Gaz-53 equipment.
There are 293 containers in total in the village. Of these, 50 worn-out containers were replaced in 2021. One specialist is assigned to the akimat of the village, who daily monitors the removal of garbage by motor vehicles.
Currently, work has been carried out along Zhambyl Street to fence garbage cans in 2 places. In the future, work will be carried out to fence the facade of the garbage cans of Beibitshilik Street. The construction equipment for these works was purchased in full.
Street lighting
Responsible for the maintenance of electrical energy of the village of GKP "Uzen Zhylu". During the reporting period, 890 pieces of lamps, 220 pieces of throttles, 130 pieces of IU, 7 pieces of photorails, 250 pieces of DRL were replaced. There are also 85 LED lamps installed on the streets of the village. The transformer located at the intersection of Abai and M streets has been replaced. Utemisuly. In 2021, 6 newly built residential buildings will be connected to the current network. Along the highway of the Southern Village, 22 pieces of poles are exposed, a street light network is brought up, 18 pieces of DNAT spotlights are installed. In the southern village of 65 residential buildings and 50 residential buildings, at the request of residents, overhead power lines were laid. The open electrical wire passing over the residential building No. 69 of the Southern village was replaced with a 2x16-100 meter SIP electrical wire.
The sphere of drinking water supply
The company "Uzeninvest", providing drinking water in the village of Kyzylsay. In the village, 1046 residential buildings are connected to the water supply. In 2021, 28 residential buildings were connected to the water supply in the village.
In accordance with the Comprehensive Development Plan of the city of Zhanaozen for 2020-2021, a water supply with a total length of 1,670 meters has been connected to some of the streets of the village of Kyzylsay that are not connected, including the streets of the southern village, M. Oskinbayev, M. Utemisuly, K. Satpayev and the Kalamkas necropolis.
Landscape design and landscape design
5000 trees planted on the streets of the village, in the Central Park and on the territory of the social facility are irrigated through a drip irrigation system. In addition, 120 seedlings of greenery were replaced and transplanted, which stopped growing.
Pedestrian paths are being built on intra-village streets. In particular, 530 m2 has been laid on the territory of the Kyzylsai Stella, 830 meters of a pedestrian path on Sugir Street. In addition, a pedestrian path is also being built from the parking lot of the Oilman to the kindergarten and the pedestrian path along the kindergarten street is being updated. A children's playground has been built on Yuzhny Aul Street and a children's playground on M. Sholtamanovich Street.

From the Central Park in front of the Akimat, front-line soldiers installed a bust of the internationalist soldier of the Afghan War, Akhmet Nazarbayev.
Construction of a fire station in the village of Kyzylsai
Currently, work has been carried out on the development of design and estimate documentation for a fire station with two entrances. It is expected that the document will be completed in the first half of this year.
Through the streets of the village
In total, there are 39 streets in the village, 10 of them are paved.

In addition, an estimate has been developed for the average repair of the Kyzylsai-Zhanaozen highway. The cost of the estimate is 324.1 million tenge. A budget application has been submitted for the allocation of appropriate funds.
In addition, a bypass road has been built on the territory of the outpatient clinic in order to facilitate the movement of ambulance vehicles.
According to the requests of the villagers, work will be carried out to install traffic lights in front of the school.
At the end of the year, 35 road signs were updated inside the village.
Sphere of communication
Currently, the village has a telephone line to 400 residential buildings, an Internet network to 478 houses. Synerji Telecom LLP has started work on connecting to the Internet on the basis of requests from villagers, conducting an additional Internet network in the village.
The field of education
In secondary school No. 4 named after S. Begendikula, 1,442 students study, 126 teachers work. The number of excellent students is 261. 6 students of the 11th grade and 21 students of the 9th grade apply for a certificate with honors.
Hot meals covered 272 children from schoolchildren. The material and technical base of the school is fully provided. The school has a disinfection corridor, a thermometer and a quartz lamp.
As part of the "Road to School" campaign, Driller LLP provided assistance to 30 students.
In total, according to the results of the Unified National Testing, 50 students graduated, 46 passed the LGBT. The average number of points is 53. 5 students became grant holders. 48 graduates study at higher educational institutions and 2 students at colleges.
