On amendments to the resolution of the Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen from

to the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region"
Akimat of the city of Zhanaozen DECIDES:
- To make the following change to the resolution of the Akimat of Zhanaozen dated March 03, 2022 No. 98 "On approval of the Rules for organizing and carrying out activities for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of apartment buildings aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Zhanaozen, Mangystau region" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 27330):
in the Rules for organizing and conducting events for the current or major repairs of facades, roofs of apartment buildings, aimed at giving a unified architectural appearance to the city of Zhanaozen:
paragraph 11 has been amended in the state language, the text in Russian does not change.
- The state institution "Zhanaozensky City Department of Housing Inspection" to ensure the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the deputy akim of the city of Zhanaozen Izgaliev B.
- This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
