On amendments to the decision of the Akim of the city of Zhanaozen dated January 10, 2019 No. 1 "On the formation of polling stations"
In accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 28, 1995 "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal acts", the Mayor of Zhanaozen DECIDED:
To make the following change to the decision of the Akim of Zhanaozen dated January 10, 2019 No. 1 "On the formation of polling stations" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 3774, published on January 18, 2019 in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan):
in appendix 1:
the electoral precinct No. 71 should be stated in a new version as follows:
"Polling station No. 71
Center: villages of the city of Zhanaozen, municipal state institution "Secondary school No. 11" of the Department of Education for the city of Zhanaozen of the Department of Education of the Mangystau region.
