Rules for the provision of public services "Registration and de-registration of dangerous technical devices"
Chapter 1. General provisions
These Rules for the provision of public services "Registration and de-registration of hazardous technical devices" (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Articles 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" (hereinafter - the Law) and determine the procedure for registration and de-registration of dangerous technical devices.
"Registration and de-registration of hazardous technical devices" is a public service (hereinafter referred to as a public service) and is provided by the territorial departments of the Committee for Industrial Development and Industrial Safety of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and local executive bodies of the regions, the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent (hereinafter referred to as the service provider) in accordance with these Rules.
