Chapter 1. General provisions
These Rules for the provision of public services "Approval of routes and timetables for regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district automobile transportation of passengers and luggage" (hereinafter - the Rules) have been developed in accordance with subparagraph 1) Articles 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" and define the procedure for the provision of public services "Approval of routes and schedules of regular urban (rural), suburban and intra-district automobile transportation of passengers and luggage".
