Rules for the provision of social support measures to specialists in the field of healthcare, education, social security, culture, sports and agro-industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements
Chapter 1. General provisions
These Rules for providing social support measures to specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro–industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements (hereinafter - the Rules) were developed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 "On state regulation of the development of the agro-industrial complex and rural territories" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services" (hereinafter referred to as – The Law on Public Services) and the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2008, and determine the procedure for providing specialists in the field of health, education, social security, culture, sports and agro–industrial complex who arrived to work and live in rural settlements (hereinafter referred to as service recipients), by decision of local representative bodies (maslikhats) lifting allowance and social support for the purchase or construction of housing at the expense of budgetary funds.
